Taj Mahal Tour from Delhi with 5* Lunch
The main draw is simple: you can leave Delhi early, reach Agra, and see the Taj Mahal with a private guide before returning the same day. Guides such as Saeed, Ravi, Aahil, and Nazim are praised for explaining Mughal history clearly and taking good photographs.
I like the hotel pickup and private car, which remove much of the stress of Delhi traffic and intercity planning. I also like the included buffet lunch at the 5-star Courtyard Marriott, along with bottled water, tea, or coffee. The day is long, though, and the advertised visit to Fatehpur Sikri needs careful confirmation because it was not included for every booking.

Key points to know
- Early Delhi pickup: Start from a hotel in Delhi, Gurgaon, or Noida in a private air-conditioned vehicle.
- Taj Mahal first: The usual plan reaches Agra after about three hours, allowing you to visit India’s most famous monument early in the day.
- Strong guide service: Guides including Saeed, Aahil, Ravi, Nazim, and Shaan are praised for history explanations, patience, and photography help.
- 5-star buffet lunch: The meal is served at the Courtyard Marriott when the lunch option is selected.
- Extra entrance fees: Monument tickets are not included, so budget separately for the Taj Mahal, Agra Fort, and other sites.
- Confirm Fatehpur Sikri: It is advertised as part of the three-site route, but some itineraries instead include Itmad-ud-Daulah, and at least one booking did not reach Fatehpur Sikri.
